I'm a digital and print writer and editor based in New York City. My specialties and interests range from writing and editing lifestyle content (food, travel, style) to doing a range of editorial work for non-profit organizations I believe in. I've worked with many prestigious media brands and non-profits in the U.S. and worldwide, including BravoTV.com, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Women's World Banking, The New York Times, Food & Wine, Time, CNN, Forbes, Time Out New York, and numerous others. I write long and short-form pieces, edit writers, supervise editorial teams, launch verticals, ghost-write, and juggle a variety of editorial projects. My memoir (Jasmine and Fire: A Bittersweet Year in Beirut) was published by Broadway Books/Random House, and I've contributed to publications including a best-selling cookbook and The Best Food Writing anthology series. Links to some of my work can be found on the Portfolio and Books pages on this site, and under Archives. Thanks for visiting.
